@Ranger It is written in php and it is fine and hosted. I created a consumer application C# and connected that one to the webservice using wsdl link and that also fine. Now I can access all the methods in webservice using the proxy class. The issue is when I call to the method there it fails due to charset issue.
@Ranger The content type text/xml; charset=ISO-8859-1 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8).
Yes!!! definitely if something is intercepting your request responses then it can do it because even browser has to talk with OS Layers to send its data to Other PC

On the other hand if all child pages have same delete functionality then you can put that in ParentPage class since it will save you from repeating code. But it's hard to believe that delete functionality will be same across all web pages. I have never come across such a scenario. — Sunil2 days ago
