What's going on here? Should I do another roll-back, or raise a mod flag?

@AdrianMole No rollback war auto-flag given the mix of new additions and rollbacks also the number of users involved, unfortunately. I'd recommend, in general, not relying too much on an autoflag and just mod-flag it. I believe we (at least the majority of SO mods) would prefer the flag so we don't miss something important.
