@Drew Maybe it is interesting but it is almost impossible to answer. The best answer is "Try and see how it goes". There are always issues with upgrading from one Delphi version to another but there are too many of them to list them all, and they are highly dependent on people's code. So it can be anything in between I opened project in new version and compiled without a glitch to I cannot use new version because of show stopper issues.

let's say you have some users who are harmless but have no clues on social norms , how to behave. As examples, they talk about the countries they like to go or rant about their living conditions e.g their flat is tool small etc. How woud you deal with them? I took one and had a converstation with him but what do you do when you have manys who are doing the same?
Do you talk to all of them , separately ?

@Adriaan low-traffic tags are problematic for many other reasons, too
it's pretty hopeless to successfully close a duplicate or propose a synonym because nobody else is ever going to see it
