@TJ a full blown VS2015 install is a couple of GB so it can take awhile, yes.
Last time I checked it consisted of over 200 MSI's that all are going to create a system restore points and calculate if their content can fit on the disk ...
Huh... it had all the resources downloaded and the installation part was taking too long. Estimated space required was something like 17GB. Now I cancelled it and cancellation is taking so long as well. Great -_-
It is because of this stupid update I didn't restart the system to check the user script issue till now -_-

@hubot some users have a life. That gives you time to create an MCVE for that question and run it to provide the actual error that is raised, or in what line it goes wrong.
So I found this query that lists top users in a country... I was very exited and tried it with a tag I have a shot at... and found i'm second on the list because someone from some other country lives in a state (Indianapolis) which sounds like my country (India).
