I don't think it should, mistakes have been made in the past of reporting the wrong post (the Q instead of the answer), so the extra k serves a sanity check

But that is my opinion

I came across the tag initialization. It has 57 questions. IMO, the tag isn't powerful enough to independently represent a question, it has to depend on other language tags for closure. Moreover, there is no usage guidance and tag wiki for the same. Is it worth burninating this tag?

I had a case in Charcoal where a user blacklisted wrongly, was being reported again and again. Even if we did f, he was not un-blacklisted. We had to manually do it.
