Are questions asking about the iOS developer program (not code problems) on topic on SO? And if not, what should the close reason be?

@KevinBrown I think they go in the category of product/service support so you could say something like ... about a product or service not run by Stack Exchange and we are not the support service of [company]. Use their official support channels instead

There might be cases where this not true but feel free to post a link here and I'll have a look
