X-Code > Inspector Selector Bar > Interface Builder Document > opens in > and change from Xcode Default(5.o) to Xcode 4.6 .
Build and Run your app it will run successfully, if it won't run again then delete old ap...

In my iphone project i need to pass the user name and password to a web server,previously i pass data using GET method and used the url with GET format (eg: localhost:8888/login?userName=admin&password=password ) but now i need to sent this as a POST data,

I had the exact same problem - 3 reset the iphone simulator and then quit the simulator (i.e. command q) then started it again.
It will Worked.
