add a rollover effect on links, i d remove the vegetarian part if you think that employers and such might see it, you d be susceptible to prejudice without even know it, too many negative connotations to the term since white women adopted the diet.

Other than that it's all good

Because every (javascript based) solution using IFrames is just non-feasible and will probably work less well...
