At least in this country.

there are lot of cheap ferraris @TylerH in italy we call them poor man's ferraris. those made in the '80 when company nearly went bankrupt

when you are interested in buying one of the limited edition ferraris. they make sure you can actually own and maintain it. they perform a background check and they make sure you will always keep the car safe. in north america and possibly other countries they even track you with gps constantly by contract (some does mercedes and bmw for their top cars)
