Paying another site to place links to your website is considered a foul, and search engines (namely, Google) will penalize you harshly if you are caught.
No idea, but if you are caught you will be penalized. Is it worth the risk? Is there a reason to buy links, rather than making good content and getting links organically?

Because your "drawing" divs on a page. So it would make sence to add them to the page your drawing. And if you later want to find them you wouldent need to find what random place you did draw on you would search for what page you drew it on. Adding the page css makes sence but it doesent make sence to not have an id on all of them. So you can distinguish between the elements. And why are you getting the offset of things when you clearly what the pageX and pageY? Yes your solution works, so you can ignore what im saying

i would argue that php is more dangerous than a lot of other languages, too. there are a lot of books/articles/etc. that show you how to do things outright wrong (hi2u sql injections)
depends on what you need to do, but I got into that thing incredibly fast to do like 90% of the work that needs to be done for a website / webapp on the server side
