Is there any particular reason that obvious bad reviews, such as approving plagiarism, etc, are reported publicly in here? I'm not aware of any bot that keeps track of these reports, unless I missed it. Given that only mods can do anything about patterns of bad reviews, why not just raise a flag? I'm not talking about discussing reviews, or asking for others to to take an action on specific review items, just about stuff that only mods can handle.
