While we're speaking about chatbots, I'm currently creating a bot that monitors recent suggested edits, and posts an alert in the SO Tavern when it comes across an approved edit with 2 rejection votes.
One annoying thing is that the API only exposes suggested edits and approval/rejection date, but not the reviewers, and not the count of approve/reject votes.
So I have to be careful with the request throttling when scraping the pages.

A game where the player can be a serial killer, with an advanced AI for the police, FBI and other NPCs. The NPCs should have self-consiousness, the ability to think rationally and the server mustn't be slow because of that. The NPCs should have Machine Learning and Informed Search Patterns for functioning correctly. The system should be able to predict the serial killer's future actions.
And the player's strategy, for winning the game, should make sure he'll never be discovered and must take attention with the details. For example, he must make sure he didn't leave any "signature", popular between serial killers, for proving he did it. Also, not leaving fingerprints is crucial. The player should also be able to play the game by telepathy.

@GabrielTomitsuka Yes. Since you have to follow the terms of GPL 2.0, that protects my rights.
A major point about GPL-covered software and text are that all reuse of any amount in published material including self help usages must also be licensed in GPL and therefore made open source if a final build is ever finished.
GPL is poison. One that I like to spread. :)
Any use of material that depend on GPL-covered material must be made GPL as well (it's in the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, read it), that's why I'm dual licensing stuff with two different kinds of poison for the material that depend on my stuff to choose from.
