I think religion, or believe is very human, at least I've never heard about animals believs.

No matter what my (or your) personal opinion about religion might be, trying to prevent others from believing and discussing what they want sounds like a dangerous way to go. If people would be more tolerant to others believes (as long as they don't harm others) the world would be so much better.

I Agree all the comments. But there have lot of problems in the world L-Nono Lal-Nino, water, food etc....... does religion will solve those problems? I hope humanity can solve. I am not opposite for religions. But I don't want giving much important like StackOverflow.

At SO you need to define "good people" and "bad people", and give a value to "god". Otherwise the question is off-topic.

And just because you think that their believes are wrong doesn't mean that they need to think the same as you do. No matter which side is correct, it would be nice if all groups would be tolerant to each other.

@RameshRajendran I understand where you're coming from. But the problems seem to be driven mostly by the intolerance between religious groups, not by the religion itself. Then are we here discussing if we should be intolerant to religion. Sounds like the same for me. The fight that everyone should be atheist is almost the same as fighting for everyone being muslem|christian|hindu|...

But I'm really not good at those philosophical discussions, so I better stop now
