I have tried minimum 100times to publish a question in here. I have followed every step in writing question. But, every single time it's showing error at code section. I have removed the code too. And again showing the error. Deleted the draft and add the question again. Same problem iterating!! ...

I answered one question which was already answered by the some other user. After few hours, user who has already answered wrote one more answer following the approach from my answer. Shouldn't he edit if first answer with 2 approaches or is it normal to answer twice.
