I can only see Bronze badges available for me:
Gold and Silver badges are nowhere to be seen:
Why is that? Is there any criteria to pass, for them to be visible?
PS: This applies for both SO and Meta SO.
I wish to create a system/Website/app that manages library and is capable of inserting/ retrieving data from database using R programming on Rstudio. Is it possible? I've gone through some articles that point out to R shiny package and Blogdown, but bit confused. Please guide.
Is it just me or the Linked tab is no longer visible in any questions? I can still see it on meta but not on the main site.
I am using it a lot to find the needed questions.
Below an example:
At least 3 questions should appear as linked but nothing.
When I load new questions in page showing questions about specific tag like https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/java in question info sometimes instead of seeing when it was asked and by who I see info about when question was modified and by who. Example:

Sometimes when I flag posts I make mistakes like I find better category from different flags, or user posts a comment that changes the meaning of the question etc. Is there some functionality that allows to withdraw active flag? If not I think it would be quite useful feature.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to first posts
Click edit
Scroll up and down and see that elements overlap with each other

I can just go to the question itself, but if there is an edit button here, it should still work.
I have a simple dropdown list and cant seem to get the textContent of the clicked element. Should be fairly simple but apparently one can make a science out of it. So any help would be appreciated.

There is an issue with z-index so the box is going under the post's textarea
