I have a question about my Stack Overflow post: Run a Batch File as Admin with no UAC on Another Computer? I'm not exactly sure why my question was closed. It says, "needs to be more focused"

My answer has been upvoted but not accepted as a solution. Is there any way to figure out who(user) upvoted/downvoted my answer? At least is it possible to if it is upvoted by the user who posted the question?

My question is: The StackOverflow App appears to have broken on iOS 14 - is there a plan to fix this? (Perhaps the elephant in the room is that there is some reason this app is no longer supported, but this is not documented?)

This question is being inspired by the question I posted in stackoverflow here. Previously It got closed due to bad quality or something like that. Then Once after refactoring it got opened up. But no one has answers? I guess it has to have solution somewhere?
