you need a permission as well, SET_WALLPAPER and maybe READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

When the river is low, there are rapids just past my house, there are days where you can hear them with the windows closed

It's drinkable water that we don't have an unlimited amount...

1-2m snow melting, some places 3-5 (mountains)
