@Saggy consider your binary to be stored in data, then the place where you need to enter a concersion mechanism is th.startElement("", "", "Data", atts);
You can have some method convertBinaryToDecimal(atts)
and use it as th.startElement("", "", "Data", convertBinaryToDecimal(atts));

@TheLittleNaruto thanks frnd i made a listview Adapter using BaseAdapter to show 12 row from json but it showing position 0,1,2 after that it repeationg row position 0 again...Is there any solution to solve this
that sounds like a bug in the adapers getView method If you don't know it check the google io video about effective listviews. there is a example how to implement adapters together with convert views correctly
@KuldeepChoudhary I was right that if statment (if( row == null ) must only count for the inflater line. the rest should be fine
@Barun they would replace each other. not sure if you want this. alternativly you could use fragments so you could use multiple layouts. even that imports tags would allow that if you have one layout which references both layouts
