@ItachiUchiha The thing is that I want to store data in database after it gets created from Notepad...Like country name and cities name...as its possible to store it through inserting values directly with INSERT command...is this the right way what I am thinking or any alternatives are there?

@ItachiUchiha Sorry, I over looked it. I know that Database get created if its not present from onCreate. But, I wanted to know that how can I fetch values in database from Notepad where I have stored all the list of Cities and Country. This is where I got stuck.
I tried to google it but didn't find any suitable answer.
@JaiSoni that's correct. After DB created, I want to fetch all the values from Notepad to database and store it there and it should be happening only once.

@Sameer You need to understand the protocol of sharing data between two PC's then You can apply it between PC and Android device if you're able to write code for that protocol.
this post tell u that there is no need to create database using code... u can create it using any tool (like sqlite browser addon of mozila) and copy this db file to assests folder and copy it to data/data/ folder.. there is no need of notpad @Saggy
Mera question ye tha ki all over worl bahut si cities hain so it's not possible to insert it manually so we can paste the data from Internet to notepad and then fetch all the data on Creation of DB....but shayad ye methode jo apne bataya usse ho jayega
