I am starting my service just like this `Intent intent = new Intent(getApplicationContext(),MyService.class);startService(intent);`

I don't understand why the Service's `onCreate()` method is being called everytime when I start service ? I have Google and mostly answers were like => Remove `stopSelf()` code and try.

But no where in my code I have included `stopSelf()` so what could be the problem ?

Doing call recording.

starting the call intent on a app context..

As soon as the onstartcommand is executed, the intent action call is invoked on a new task..

but the service is started just normally.
