its in the inherited traits , they try to speak english with the hindi grammer , and thats because they are never taught english as english but they are taught to convert english from the language they understand , (Which is not the best practise now )

that's the only reliable way. file extensions don't really matter. however, you cannot easily do this for a remote url in client-side javascript
