I'm trying to adapt an existing script (JPEG_Camera.js) to send some additional data using XMLHttpRequest(), but I'm failing miserably;

The original content that is being sent is a "blob", which, by my understanding, is a canvas containing a photo. The "blob" is received in the backend script (in this case, PHP), as a [object Blob]. On the .js file, prior to send, I tried to concatenate a string to the object with the additional data I needed:
