Think of it like this: If instead of the function you can put the number 4 and it'll make syntactic sense, it's a function expression.

It's only emulation, it's a bit sucky if you ask me.. maybe they will improve it

they added in emulation for device text resizing

I'd be careful with that emulation; I'm pretty sure it's a bit glitchy.

I messed with it, and thought I turned it off, but then started seeing strange behavior issues until I restarted Chrome.

Or, really, running jshint on all your scripts
