@GNi33 5-split currently. Day 1 shoulders, day 2 arms and abs, day 3 legs, day 4 back and day 5 chest and abs. Each day has 3 superset (each superset consists of two exercises of which each has four sets of 8 reps with as much weight as you can do to barely manage 8 reps.)

On an even more hilarious note.... here's an anecdote from a large software company I worked for in Norway. There was a multi-national, company-wide ban on Linux. At one point Bugzilla would only run on Linux. When corporate found out they had a Nix machine running, my boss was ordered to immediately turn it off. Hundreds of emails proceeded, asking WTF was going on, but it was never turned back on.
