In our tests we have lots of stuff like sinon.stub(something, 'func').returns(Promise.resolve)). Updated to Bluebird v3. They're karma tests so you don't return the promise, you call done. Getting warnings for each of them now. Is there a way to turn off the "A promise was created in a handler but was not returned from it" warnings?

when the page loads my angular controller makes a get request to the node server - which fetches data from two collections and to retrieve data I am using async to parallely execute both of them together.

at times I don't get any data on the front end

@rlemon I get that. We had issues with the "smart" portion of it. Example, when we go out of town we have house-sitters and they were extremely confused why the temp in the house kept changing even after they set it. Also in AZ the +/-5 degree temperature difference on the Nest was far too much. It always felt too darn hot

The hardest part of my personal project is going to be figuring out how to swap video sources that are different qualities if the user changes the quality setting on the player. Do I save each quality version on the server, and serve up the correct on, depending on the request? Or do I get FFMPEG to convert it on the fly?

@Jhawins in Ontario you can get booze from three places. LCBO stores (gov), Beer Stores (gov sanctioned private seller, only one) and 'wine racks' (in grocery stores... off to the side, their own store, run by the government, only sells ontario wines)
