fontsize will be resized ? @AwalGarg suggested elt2 = elt.cloneNode() then elt2.style.fontsize = " 30px" (newsize) then elt2.getBoundingClientRect() ... but the problem is that the bounding box is 0 (maybe because something with cloneNode is not added to the real document, so its dimensions are still 0 ?)
