Your mac config? My 2011 MBP also not running upto the mark. booting takes >1 minute after updating to Lion 10.7. In 10.6.7 it was merely 25 seconds.. :/ Also running too many applications sometimes freezes for a second..

What worries me is that the top companies in India still do paper work, like postman of 1980's.

I was Interviewed with Infosys and they asked a hell lot of paper work.

Academic details, employment details, etc all on paper work.

Which will go in dustbin for all who fail the interview.

Instead they should ask for registration for everyone who is coming and maintain their records online. While interviewing, have a computer wherein the record of incoming candidate they can see.
