@piya before upload data you have to check that internet is available or not. ... If you want this in fully app from any screen than you can check internet is available or not using NSTimer with interval ..

Now when i Lock the device or Press the Home Button the songs pauses and when i return to the app the songs start playing again….Where as what we want is the song should continue to play even though you lock the device or press the home button
