@ballBreaker lets say I have a trademark abc and website xyz.com, someone made a website qwe.com using my trademark abc and listed correct phone number and name but address is wrong and we have nothing to do with them

now what should I write in The exact content/aspect of the site being reported

because the entire website is based on our trademark

and

A clear and detailed explanation of how the above content is in violation of the trademark in question, thus creating consumer confusion

I've never done any trademark stuff before... but something like "This website is using my trademark, here is the proof the trademark belongs to me: [proof]. Here is proof of the website using our trademark: [proof]." something like that

I'd probably need to see the website itself that stole your trademark to come up with anything specific

also add some drama

I'm imagining they're looking for:
1) proof the trademark belongs to you
2) proof your trademark is being used on their website
3) explanation of why the trademark being used by them is causing confusion for your brand/company/business/etc

I'm in a meeting and then gotta shower but I'll take a closer look in 30-40 mins

my team is interviewing people trying to find a data science student who's good at analyzing data. i am the only one who does integration on the team. so i get to sit in the interviews and be not have anything to say 80% of the time lol

very exciting stuff when most of what i do can be explained in one or two sentences to people who don't need to understand the in-depth parts
