just found the answer to a weird bug in my phone.The pixel XL battery self protection software slows down the device while charging because it constantly tries to negotiate 9v3a against any plug quite a few times before falling back to 9v2a or succeeds in negotiating.

According to the developer doc
"You should only access Call Log or SMS permissions when your app falls within permitted uses and only to enable your app’s CRITICAL CORE functionality"
So in my current app, the call log related functionality is not core...So I am planning one solution by removing call log from my current app(rejected app, App A) and parallelly build a new app something like Call log backup(App B) and sign with the same certificate
So when my rejected app needs call log it can request to the 2nd app by Intent share mechanism.

I don`t know anything about that. But I do know that you can take call/sms permission by signing a form and I have seen people getting approved for such apps after some time.

If some app is rejected, don`t try to reupload it. Just do what exactly what Google says

they increased the delay in autocompletion shit to prevent typing lags

if for example it was 100 ms before it is 1 sec now

its clearly visible when typing in 3.5 w.r.t 3.4 or 3.3
