Although I can currently build a SIN-LAS r/t for about $1400 with 5 days in HKG and a few in Vegas before I get to RDU on points

What do you usually use to book flights, Raghav?

Combination of regular search results and manually built fares over the phone

I have a fare similar to the above one going through Korea that I'll have to book over the phone cause it can't be ticketed online

This would be a lot easier if I can get a travel agent license

So there's not a specific website you tend to use?

Then I can build the fares myself

Google Flights to look up flights, expertflyer to get the fare rules, mix and match as needed

No worries. If I plan this right, I can visit HKG on my way to the US, and HEL on the way back to Singapore

Indian passport holders don't need a visa for Hong Kong if they're going as a tourist and staying less than 14 days

You just need to do the online travel form and all, then you're good
