Well, infrastructure ain't that great in Holland when it comes to internet. People living outside the bigger cities don't even have a proper cable-connection, just DSL. At my old home I was 4.4KM away from the ISP's centre while 800 meters is recommended. Result: Max DL 6 Mbit, max UP 100kb/s.
