what is your requirement? Do you want to just show a jpanel from a javafx applciation?

you question suggests that you want to run swing in a javafx application where as your code suggests that it is a swing application to begin with :) @AvinashRaj

but if I call it from javafx on mouse clicked funtion, it won't work.

ahaa javafx 1.3.. You cannot do this, if you were in javafx8, you could have used docs.oracle.com/javase/8/javafx/interoperability-tutorial/…

but with 1.3, imo, your only option according to me would be to fire the java commandto run the jpanel program by using the runtime, if javafx 1.3 allows it

@AvinashRaj Runtime.getRuntime().execute("java classname"), but that's basically a bad idea because you don't need this. Moreover, it will run the program as a separate java process, which is not what you want...
