A user copy/pasted the same link-only answer 5 times: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Flag each as link-only, or do something else? (Note #5 might actually be spam as it actually points to a advertising URL shortener).

I couldn't find any proof that the link points to their own blog though.

@dbc We discussed this yesterday in here. Mak-the-Mod said that, although the system generates an automatic flag for identical posts, a custom mod-flag would generally be seen as helpful (I guess on just one, linking the others, or at least mentioning them).

They linked to their own blog and then they also linked to click-pay website

That website is weird, it gives me an ad, and when I click skip, it gives me another ad. WTH?

I couldn't find any evidence that the blog was theirs. Though common sense says it is.

@10Rep I saw the same thing, but I'm running an adblocker which tends to interfere with advertising URL shorteners. Are you running one also?

@DavidBuck You mean this one? I flagged that as link-only because it's the first one I encountered. Only later did I realize it was copy/paste.

@dbc Their name is Hammad Ahmad. Their contact us page has their name in the email address and the pinterest link leads to the page with the same name

@dbc That's the one. I didn't think it was spam as the name didn't match, but I guess it must be part of the whole thing.

@dbc And the last website is the target page which the blog leads to. At least that's what I saw.

BTW we do not discuss users in this room. Next time please head to charcoal. They have more experience there

@dbc We don't moderate users in here. As long as the topic is about the posts, it's fine. But discussing spammers in here isn't allowed.
