How do I concat ENUM_NAME and List?

@Mgetz thanks, you mean __restrict right? It seems to me that this form __restrict is supported by at least both MSVC and GCC so, it is already a good basic portability since these are among the most famous compilers

@Aurelius both are non standard and non-supported in C++ as c++ does not have restrict

Hello everybody, I currently have an issue with MPI that seems to be the same thing that happen to this guy here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45978948/mpi-symbol-lookup-error-opal-uses-threads
However I couldnt understand the answer to that... maybe anyone could help me?
