Hi everyone, can you kindly give me some suggestions as to what is a better method to go about this data summary.

I am trying to turn a set of data into a summarized table. What I have now, instead of the data set, each user input directly into the table. I believe there is a better way.

The ideal result would be something like pivot table but the data changes and there are comments that needs to be displayed, therefore, pivot table wasn't able to achieve the ideal table. I am open to suggestions. Thank you!

@Maki I don't know if there are any "Power____" tools that can do this, but from initial looks it would appear your only option really is VBA because you need to add comments to cells etc.

How can I store much more than 255 characters in a String? I want to load a webpage from my company and parse the XHTML object in Excel to get data from the internet directly to Excel. Unfortuately 9999 characters using Dim result As String * 9999 aren't enough.
