@PetterFriberg Yeah. If it was confined just to the bots, it'd more likely be the chat lib. But, there were issues with multiple regular users: Ron, Sam, Bhargav Rao. I'm not aware of Ron having any association with a bot prior to this issue. It's likely that it was an issue on SE's side. We'll see if their revert fixes the issue.

@PetterFriberg Yeah, that really points to the problem being in SE, not in anything outside of SE, unless Ron specifically had access to something (intentional or unintentional), and both Sam and Bhargav Rao also had something that was connected.
I have stopped queen for a couple of hours lets see what SE says if we can continue to run the bots or if they like us to halt until all problems are solved. All messages from Queen are not Queen.
@Machavity ok I will stop the bot for awhile, I don't want to cause additional issues to SE
@PetterFriberg The problem is chat is a red-headed stepchild. It exists, but they don't want to spend any resources on it. So if bots are breaking chat... nix the bots, don't fix chat :(

@balpha I have stopped a bot (queen) that was involved in the user mixup in chat, I will keep the bot down until you give me green signal. If you need more info about the chat libs used, instances of chat mixup etc let us know. I'm commuting home but others RO are present and I will respond as soon as I'm home
