@IluTov I've deleted the posts, and blocked further comments on that ticket. Might not be sufficient, though.

@cmb Thank you! Yeah, I think that account made comments on other bugs yesterday.

It probably makes sense to disable comments for all tickets except open security issues. User could still open a new issue on GH instead of commenting.

@cmb There weren't any objections about moving security issues to GitHub as well, so maybe we should just do that.

@IluTov Yeah, I've just enabled that. I think it is best to have that in addition to bugs.php.net (and keep the latter as primary tracker), since the feature is beta, and probably nobody can assess whether it suits us.
