nah even shop bought stuff makes me cough for a few days ... I get used too it, and read about why that happens, it's because cigarettes have stuff in them that stops you coughing, eliquids don't have those chemicals in them ...

some liquids i used had that problem

@JoeWatkins this is how i quit smoking with ecigs. i spent quite some time finding a decent setup, then i tried a lot of liquids

Then you should just quit, at least for a while.

i choose one and bought 1.5 liters of it

then i cut it in different bottles with nicotine, 20 15 10 5 0

started with 20mg bottle, and went to 0

I hate when people say you should just quit ...

you need to that before you start, because if you find yourself cutting nicotine in the middle of the therapy, you'll gonna get lazy, cut it wrong, etc. so do it on day 0

also you need consistency. i have two tanks. i don't switch to the other unless i know i got the coils and wicks right

then i switch tank and i have all the time to clean the other one and prepare it for a new stint

the most annoying thing is cleaning the ecig, but if you have 2 tanks it's no problem

and, a proper ecig looks like this

if it's smaller then it's not gonna work. i had 3 of these. they are shit

replaceable, got one new one left, and the one that was in it, which wasn't used very much

probably just get two matching ones, and decent supply of coils ...

do they taste bad when you replace them?

replacement coils are usually bad made, at least for certain brands

they get cooked easily, and you have to replace them often. also they aren't cheap. if you have the patience you can build coils and wicks yourself. youtube.com/watch?v=hxuE-WE17Fg it is much cheaper and you get better consistency. it is a bit annoying but again if you have 2 tanks you can dilute the maintenance over a long time

i change wicks like every 2 weeks, and coils every month

if your coils last a month, then don't do that

if you don't feel that the ecig is replacing the cigs entirely then it's not working and you should probably change liquid, setup, etc

that's all the suggestions i have. the most important ones are consistency, and setting your goals (cutting the liquids on day 1)

I am facing problem regarding &sect converted to § in the URL from background while form submit .I have URL where I have parameter &sectionId=1 .But this gives 403 forbidden error .

So after some debugging I came to know that &sect is converted to §

how can i prevent this coversion
