Mute is a boolean. Volume is not.

On some devices, volume 0 != no sound. It's annoying.

Muting stops sending sound, volume 0 turns it down

Also on some hardware (mainly older non-computer stuff), mute doesn't set the volume to zero, it just lowers it

@AppDeveloper That's because you have boosts which are not multiplicative but additive.
