I have been thinking, you could have a multi-million dollars mega mansion but you can't stop wildlife from poop in your backyard or on your roof.

I am trying to remove all the lines present in file B from file A, the only tools I have found are all linux/unix tools :x

Not sure MS word or notepad++ have tools for this purpose. Otherwise have to use diff/comm or grep

Many do. Bay Area starting salary is around 130k according to data reported to our student chapter of ACM.

This includes the sign-up bonuses (stock etc)

When allocating a buffer of floating-point numbers, is it worth always allocating them with an alignment of at least 16 to make sure that the compiler can take advantage of this information and automatically use more SSE instructions?

I do that, but many times you'd see the compiler actually produces two version of the code and checks the pointer alignment before entering the critical section.
