This has been implemented now. The short story is: room owners can kick abusive users, who will then be banned from re-entering the room for a certain time.

My hypothesis does excellingly well on the statistics i posted. Barely ever do we use the word wank, because... noone uses it on a daily basis. I know you're all wanking on a daily basis, and that perfectly shows how we can do something frequently but almost never use it's (designated) name.
