I have a question about variables and conditions in Cpp

I have a program and I want from the user to type a string and I will write three condition statements. one condition with a constant reaction to a constant variable, the second one will be dependent on what the user will type and the last one will give a message to the user if neither the first tow statements are true.

Q: can't response function OSTimeTick in uc/os-II
