My listing is 3 bedroom house in a good residential area, albeit, slightly older than the neighbours who have rebuilt their homes in the past few years.

To be fair, they are only refunded for tomorrow and the day after, so I am letting them getting tonight for free. Airbnb suggested that I asked for tonight's accommodation as well. I am happy if they leave early tomorrow. If I knew, I would not have accepted them in the first place.

Well, a couple of hundred of dollars more in a fortnight is not worth the risk, we also have a long term tenant waiting on the line, but they offer 15% less than our last tenant, who were here for 5 years. This is one of my parents houses, I am managing it for them.

Sometimes I do, but I get a lot of spam emails. Phone number is valid but a lot of the times I have it off because I receive a lot of spam calls/sms on that one as well.

Crypto is retarded because its failing as a both a store of value (slow transfer times, etc) and and investment it pays no dividends. Its tulip mania.

Most of my money was on the VGT train and did really well (investor.vanguard.com/etf/profile/VGT) but I also had no money.

@traducerad Crypto is a game where you hope that some idiot values the crypto more than you. Key problem is that you need an exit strategy. Exit strategy is not really an issue if you live off the dividends paid by a traditional investment.

Maybe 2 decades at my current rate, but I've actually profited from several non-traditional investments but they all had an exit strategy. Not "I've been reading about this cool technology".

I wonder if owning an ETF in a sector you work in a potential conflict of interest, and if buying tons of that ETF before your companies major announcement is considered insider trading?

I don't even think I hold any positions in the coins but I might. I think there was a case about this at the start of the pandemic when some of the US senators were caught trading in the pharma field but insider trading laws don't actually apply to congressman
