@JerryCoffin I am not sure if I am aligned to 4 hours as well but I did spot some odd situations where when waking up earlier I actually felt less sleepy.
OTOH, I usually feel more tired at the end of the day, if I sleep little.

Depends on your criteria, you can drive the price down. By reducing performance requirements from 60-70% of the original to 30-40%, etc. Maybe you just care about the comfort and the looks, and don't intend to race it.
You can choose the "difficulty level", premade engine and stuff like that etc. If I were to do it, I'd mostly focus my attention to a high tech cockpit.
