Ok WTF @ GCC 5.1... I got excited that it supported the add-with-carry intrinsic that MSVC had _addcarry_u64(). But it turns out that every single function that uses it gets miscompiled... fuck

@Columbo Yeah. I've had the optimized implementation for about a year now. And it works fine with both MSVC and ICC. I (naively) thought I could just turn it on for GCC since GCC 5.1 finally added the same intrinsic.
