For me, I've always included parameter names in declarations, well almost always. Helps to identify in quick .h inspections, helps automatic docs and Intellisense goodness.

With stuff like Eyefinity, with three HD displays, you get a "curved" angle of vision and a kicking resolution of 1920x3 * 1080 = 5760x1080. :D
