I'd say only about 1/10 kicks are from a problematic user who will continue to be problematic

how about we all make a system, then present them to the RO team and vote? :P

For now we can just save the kicks to the bot's memory?

I can just comment out the GH stuff

I'm not positive websockets is the best place to pick these up

cap is an owner in more rooms than JS

unless you're already filtering access control changes from those rooms as well.
