personally I would probably use my own getView() type method that is inspired from the way that Adapter works

but I wouldn't use an Actual adapter I think

since you aren't showing a list or anything View recycling isn't going to come into play really. And I feel like adding a AdapterView just to accommodate that is overkill.

but you can make your own method / object that accepts some data as input (from your rss feed) and gives you back a populated View object as output

The have a class list here. I pull the HTML from that, and use a series of substring calls to find the class. Then I backwards add more strings to it until the complete URL has been made. Its all done from this php script.

I originally tried to use a DOM parser, but the HTML on that page is too badly formed
