Q: High player win-rate in games of craps (C programming)

I'm working on an assignment in which I'm supposed to simulate 10,000 games of craps and then display the win/loss amounts. Additionally, I'm supposed to display the win percentage as well. However, when I run my program, I end up with a win-rate that is too high. My win rate should be around 20%...
